A student’s enrollment is confirmed once everything is reviewed by the registrar’s office. You will get an email once it’s been verified by the registrar.

Each student needs to submit their own re-enrollment packet. You will receive separate emails for each student with instructions on how to complete.

If you would like to transfer to a different Legacy campus, you must go through the re-enrollment process in Avela for your current campus to maintain your transfer priority. To transfer to another campus, please complete the new student application here. As a current Legacy family, you will receive priority for transferring your enrollment.

Even though you are not planning to return, we still need you to complete the re-enrollment process in Avela informing us that you’re not returning and what your plans are for the next school year.

Avela accounts are connected to a single email address and phone number, so if the school has two sets of contact information (for example, one for Mom and another Dad), only one can be used for re-enrollment. If the platform cannot find your child, please try signing in with the other parent or guardian’s email address. If you’re still unable to log in, please contact your campus for assistance.

For families just joining Legacy, it takes about one week from the start of enrollment to be added to the re-enrollment platform.
